COCKPIT

Neverland: every dial is a real command

Safety boundary. This panel is read-only. It shows measured state and writes out the exact command for each control. It never runs anything; copy a command and run it yourself, as the operator or an agent. Gauges are a snapshot taken at build time.

THROTTLE

Sortie pressure: how much work one lane is handed.

COURSE STICK

Steer a running hand on one surface. Read once by that hand.

BEACON

Post a signed frame on the shake channel.

RADAR

Frames waiting for an ack on each runtime queue.

FUEL

Disk free on this box. A full disk stops every lane at once.

ALTIMETER

Always-loaded context every hand pays at liftoff.

MISSION DIAL

Pick the view of the work; it names the command that prints it.

Snapshot taken . A reading that could not be taken says UNMEASURED and names the obstacle. It is never shown as clean.
